We have a no return policy, which means you cannot request a return once the product is shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A dented tin is a cosmetic issue that does not affect the quality of the oil. It both normal and expected during transport. Therefore, we will not accept tin refunds unless they are severely damaged and leaking.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to call the phone numbers listed at the bottom of the page or email help@ziosavino.com before the item is shipped, request a cancellation, and once confirmed, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve resolved any issue, and let you know the result. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
