For centuries, the Peranzana olive and its oil have been an integral part of our family, region, and history. Now it's time to share it with the world.

Our Terroir to Your Table

Nearly 1,000 years ago PERANZANA olive trees found a home nestled between the three small towns of San Paolo di Civitate, Torremaggiore, and San Severo in the Dauno area of the Alto Tavoliere. For these trees the area is an ideal growing environment, resulting in the best extra virgin olive oil, or EVOO, of its kind.

It can be used on everything, but it's a must have in salads and sauces, bread and pasta, & veggies, meats and fish. Each November, the olives are picked and immediately pressed to create a fresh, yet powerful flavor. The low acidity of this oil along with it's balanced but bitter, spicy kick makes it the perfect oil to enjoy unfiltered.

Peranzana EVOO

Grown and harvested within the village of Torremaggiore, there is no need to worry about authenticity as we are personally involved with the harvest process during our trips to see family and pick olives.
